You may choose to make a full payment now or pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due two days before your activity date. The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
The guests are advised to be on time. No time compensation will be given for late arrival, and tour timings shall proceed according to the stipulated timing as agreed upon and stated on the invoice. Arrival one hour after the stipulated charter start time shall be considered as no-show unless the coordinator is being notified. No refunds will be given for no-shows, and the charter shall be considered as fulfilled.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the activity date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made on the day of the activity, including situations where guests choose not to proceed despite approval from the captain and authorities for safe sailing, will be fully charged, regardless of the reason.
For extreme weather, the operator will receive advance warning from the marine department. In such cases, either reschedule to another date and time that both parties is agreed or a full refund will be issued and the booking will be considered canceled. A processing fee of 4.5% of the total paid amount will be applied to any refunds.
For rainy weather, the tour will proceed, but embarkation may be delayed, and the return time may be adjusted. The Captain are responsible for the final decision on whether to depart or return to the marina, with safety being the primary concern for all passengers and crews. If conditions allow to continue and passengers choose not to proceed, it will be fully charged. The Captain will make the final decision on safety based on weather conditions, prioritizing the safety of guests, crews, and the yacht.
