Full-day and day/sunset half-day tours must be confirmed and paid with 50% of deposit to secure the booking. Full payment is required at least 2 days prior to boarding date. All other additional services require confirmation with full payment at least 2 days prior to boarding date.
Customers are strongly advised to arrive 15 MINUTES before the scheduled departure time. In the event of late arrival and missing cruise departure, we will not be able to assist you as the cruise has to follow the departure times. We will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result of you missing your cruise departure and you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund.
For cancellations made less than 1 week before the activity date, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) before the activity date — including same-day cancellations or situations where guests choose not to proceed despite approval from the captain and authorities for safe sailing, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund or rescheduling.
The cruise will continue on light rain. Customers are advised to appropriate wet weather gear. Cruise cancellation due to bad weather condition (thunderstorms, combined with wind and swell conditions), your trip will be rescheduled to a date/time that is accepted by both parties. If non available reschedule date/time, we will refund the full amount.
